Naji El-Mousfi is an Instructor at NCM, providing skills and business management education. He delivers impactful training to professionals through NCM Institute classes, client on-site sessions, regional training programs, and the NCM online learning platform.

Bringing extensive experience in the automotive industry, Naji began his career in 1999 as a Business Manager at a Honda dealership. Through dedication and proven expertise, he advanced to the role of General Manager, excelling in an automotive 20 Group. In this leadership role, he oversaw all aspects of dealership operations, including Sales, Parts and Service, Finance, and Administration. Based in Quebec, he is fluently trilingual in English, French, and Arabic, allowing him to effectively engage in diverse business environments.
Naji is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, expected in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from Concordia University (1998). Additionally, he is a Chartered Administrator (C.Adm.) and has earned multiple professional certifications, including CCPE Accreditation (Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education), Master Scuba Diver and Certified Rescue Diver certifications from PADI, and Emergency First Responder certification. These accomplishments reflect his dedication to lifelong learning and professional excellence.
Outside of work, Naji is deeply passionate about soccer. A federated provincial referee since 1989, he also serves as a Team Manager for a soccer AA girls' team. His commitment to the sport extends to leadership roles, including VP Finance/Treasurer for FC Trois-Lacs and Secretary-Treasurer for Soccer Quebec, where he has contributed to the sport’s growth and development. Beyond soccer, Naji actively engages in community initiatives, fostering teamwork and leadership. He is also keenly interested in advancements in technology and sustainability, reflecting his forward-thinking and curious mindset.
