Lloyd Schiller formed Dealer Service Corporation in 1983 as a Management Training & Development Firm for Dealership Service, Parts, and Body Shop Operations. Some of DSC's clients include Top 100 Mega Dealers and Top 500 Dealerships. Additionally, Dealer Service Corporation has performed contract work for Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Kenworth, and Peterbilt.

Lloyd's automotive career began in 1967, when he worked as a mechanic with a North Carolina drag racing operation. In 1968 and 1969, he built the engines of two National Record-breaking cars ('63 Bel Air B Stock 409 and '49 Anglia BB Gas Supercharged 327). He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and while in college, he operated an independent garage, Lloyd's of Chapel Hill.

After graduation, Lloyd held five different positions in Chrysler Corporation's Service & Parts Operations. Lloyd became a Service & Parts Director for three dealerships in 1978. Mr. Schiller won numerous awards at both the factory and retail levels.

Mr. Schiller has addressed thousands in the U.S. and abroad through his On-Site Dealership Work, Seminars, and Workshops. He is a 13-time NADA Convention speaker, and has twice presented the Number-1 Rated Workshop. Additionally, he has spoken four times at the WD&S International Parts and Service Summit, three times at the AICPA Convention on Analyzing and Improving Key Performance Areas, and also at the NACE Convention on Dealership Body Shop Management.

Mr. Schiller has conducted over 40 2-day NADA seminars and more than 30 4-day DSC/NCM Service Bootcamps.  He runs a 97% "CSI" at the bootcamps.
