What is the meeting format? The semi-annual meetings are held for one and a half days, starting at 8am on the first day and concluding at noon on the second day. The meetings are interactive with round table discussions on member suggested topics, along with industry experts speaking on requested and important topics. Members are expected to participate in discussions and in the Idea session. At times members may be requested to bring topic materials specific to their Dealership.
Can more than one dealer from the same market area join? We limit the number of members from a specific market area to just one Dealer Group per market area to prevent conflict, but more than one member can join from a Dealer Group.
Will we receive a composite? We will not be comparing any specific numbers between Dealerships, so at this time there is not a need for a composite. Forms for calculating employee turnover and cost of turnover will be available.
