Brooke Samples, President

Prior to joining DSC, Brooke had devoted more than 20 years to the automotive industry, giving her 30 years of invaluable experience. Her career began very young; at the age of 5, she stuffed Accounts Receivables envelopes at her father’s Ford dealership in Caro, Michigan. As she earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida, she worked at a large Dodge dealership as a Warranty Clerk. While there, she took the initiative to learn each Dealership Employee’s role, which led her to positions as Office Manager, Controller and Operations Manager at several Dealerships throughout the United States. While working at Dealerships, she fought and won EEOC, OSHA and EPA lawsuits, and was successful in numerous state and federal government audits.

Brooke’s extensive knowledge of Dealership Operations is important to the over 100 Dealerships she works with on a monthly basis overseeing the monthly production of the Profit Solutions^® System, a Personalized Approach to Higher Net Profits. Along with helping Dealerships reach higher net profits with innovative solutions, she conducts Profit Meetings at Dealerships across the country. Excited to learn she would be moderating NCM Associates’ two HR Professionals 20 Groups, Brooke immediately enrolled in a Human Resources college program to get back up to speed on the latest challenges and responsibilities of the Human Resources Professional.

Brooke’s hobbies include sewing, Toastmasters, and caring for the office dog, Cami, a 7-year old Miniature Schnauzer.
