BODY SHOP EFFICIENCY

  • We conduct Training in the areas of Body Shop Scheduling and Shop Loading: Body Repair by Flat Rate Hours and Paint Labor by the Number of Vehicles per day.
  • We install Recommended Repair Order Racks and Folders.
  • We initiate the use of special Windshield Tags.
  • We reduce Cycle Times and Increase Output three ways:
    1. We implement Daily Production and Release Meetings.
    2. We implement improved Estimate Handling, as well as improved Parts Ordering and Handling Procedures.
    3. We implement improved Follow-Up and Follow-Through techniques to increase Customer Happiness and Supplemental Collection.
