- Customer Receivables Best Practices;
- Repair Order Flow;
- Correct the Causes of Body Shop "Ticket Balancing" and Correct Problems in Paint & Materials Order, Receipting, and Billing.
BODY SHOP EFFICIENCY
- We conduct Training in the areas of Body Shop Scheduling and Shop Loading: Body Repair by Flat Rate Hours and Paint Labor by the Number of Vehicles per day.
- We install Recommended Repair Order Racks and Folders.
- We initiate the use of special Windshield Tags.
- We reduce Cycle Times and Increase Output three ways:
- We implement Daily Production and Release Meetings.
- We implement improved Estimate Handling, as well as improved Parts Ordering and Handling Procedures.
- We implement improved Follow-Up and Follow-Through techniques to increase Customer Happiness and Supplemental Collection.
